Sandy Hollow, Croyde

2ft Surf every now and again as the tide drops back from high. Light onshore wind, but conditions and size are offering a reasonably fun wave with the right  piece of equipement. Sun's out.

2-3ft surf earlier this morning with a fairly strong offshore south easterly wind. At Low tide, reasonably shaped surf, but the wind is definitely having an effect, making it difficult to catch. However, there is the odd occasional open 3ft+ peak every now and again if you're prepared to wait. Instead of closing down, as the tide pushes, hopefully it should hold its size and open up with a little more consistency.

Another windy day at the beach, put up or seek shelter to endure another onshore day of surf.... Around about the 2-3ft mark with a moderate NW onshore wind... Hardy Souls!!!

Expect the unexpected! Solid 5-6ft swell on sets with about 8-10mph of southerly cross offshore wind brushing a little southerly chop across the faces. Peaky swell on sets with the wind conditions just making it a little difficult to get over the top and into the bigger peaks around low.

Lazy 2ft surf with a light cross shore South South Easterly wind. Surfable, small fun surf. Lovely sunny morning and as yet no hint of the changing weather and surf conditions that's due over the next 24hr period
