Sandy Hollow, Croyde

Occasional 2ft+ sets with a light SE offshore wind. Clean long wally lines. Long period swell, the sets are a little inconsistent as the surfs just started to show a little more from early this morning. Between sets, it's just about surfable on a short board 

6ft+surf with a fresh-strong South Southeasterly cross shore wind. Croyde's quite open and exposed to the elements and together with the size and state of the tide, looks a little unmanageable at the moment, due to the strength and direction of the wind. Worth looking for a bit of shelter elsewhere

4-5ft surf with a light Southwesterly onshore wind. Fairly clean surf reasonably acceptable shape, light winds too and it's the smallest its been for a long time. Worth a surf and who knows, perhaps the wind'll drop out completely before dark

5-6ft surf with a light-moderate Westerly onshore wind. The winds been up and down throughout the middle of the day. Still reasonably chunky with quite a bit of swell coming in 

5ft surf with a fresh WNW onshore wind. A bit windy and blown out. The surfs a little smaller but very choppy and messy
