Sandy Hollow, Croyde

Solid 6-8ft just off the top of this morning high tide. Moderate SE offshore wind, very even clean swell, clean long wally peaks. Bit of an epic paddle out at high, but there might be the possibility of something a little more manageable, for the hardy and more experienced, on the drop around mid tide tide.

6ft surf with a fresh Southerly cross shore wind. Quite peaky at low tide, mainly R/handers, but a lot of Southerly cross chop across the faces, effecting the overall shape and conditions. It is surfable, a couple of takers in at low, looks like hard work on a winters day, but most have chosen to be a little more selective and gone elsewhere

5ft sets with a fresh-strong SE offshore wind. Clean wally peaks first thing this morning, but towards low tide theres a little more South creeping into the wind direction. However, there is still some nice looking sets coming through with clean faces as the swell hits the low tide banks. Looks like it's open for play all day 

5-6ft on the dropping tide with a strengthening South South westerly wind. Offshore early this morning for the lucky few, but the winds beginning to stengthen from a more cross shore Southerly direction. As you can see, Croyde's a lot more orderly and settled, with a ittle bit of shape and definition, but thats only due to the lighter winds first thing

Boxing Day leftovers. Strong Southwesterly onshore wind, big stormy surf. We're in for a bit of a blow as the wind is expected to increase throughout this afternoon
