2-3ft surf with a moderate-fresh South Easterly offshore wind. There's a strong South Easterly offshore wind fanning the waves, good conditions, clean, fun, small wally peaks. Although the offshore wind's a little strong, the waves are still catchable with a little extra paddling

3-4ft surf with a generally light and variable onshore wind. From early morning offshores to a little bit of a light onshore breeze...the surfs still firing. Reasonably clean peaky swell, lots of wally sections, it's looking good! The winds still light and theres still plenty of swell as it begins to push up from low tide

5ft+ sets with a moderate South Westerly onshore wind. Looks like everybody's vacated to Puts, no takers in at the moment. Looks great in the afternoon sun, but when the sets come, depending on your positioning, could be a bit of paddling involved!

3-4ft surf with a light Westerly onshore wind. Quite peaky swell with reasonably clean faces to the waves first thing this morning. Conditions at the moment are good and  there's not too much wind around, but how long that'll last...mmm? Still plenty of swell to play with, not too big not too small, just a little bit of onshore wind in the mix...have fun!

Quite a chunky 4-5ft surf with a moderate South Westerly onshore wind. A bit of swell's finally appeard this morning from mid tide on the push, it's a little choppy with quite a lot of Southerly cross chop on the faces. Although Croyde's still surfable, it's probably time to adjourn and seek something a little more sheltered elsewhere

2ft surf with a very light South Westerly onshore wind. Clean, lazy 2ft surf, long glassy wally sections. Conditions have remained reasonably good throughout the mornings pushing tide, during which time the beach has taken delivery of the usual selection of fun peaky sets, wally sections and need I say closeouts. All in all, what's to be expected from small summery surf coupled with small tides. For those lucky to get in, it's also a good opportunity stay paddle fit for...?
